Tea guru Jehyeong Jin, an expert in Chinese tea, will provide a holistic understanding of tea science, tea classification, and tea brewing. There will also be a tea tasting.

Jin has over 24 years of experience working in the tea research and development sector, mainly for Unilever's Lipton brands in China, Korea and the UK. He has lived in Shanghai since 2007 and has embarked on more than 50 trips to tea growing areas and tea factories. He published his first book Chinese tea study with Tea Guru Jin in October 2020. In addition, he runs his own tea blog​ and writes for the Korean tea magazine Da Seok(다석, 茶席). Jin graduated from Seoul National University with a bachelor's and master's in Food Science and Technology.
