Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approach to dealing with stress and its effects

Sunday, March 17, 2024

3:45 pm: Registration

4:00 - 6:00 pm

Health is the most precious thing we should care about. In the past decade, the interest in adopting natural healing practices has increased tremendously. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient and natural form of healing that recognizes the inseparable relationship of the Body, Mind and Spirit, as well as Nature. It aims to restore the body's balance and harmony between the natural opposing forces of the yin and yang, which can block the "QI, 气" and cause diseases.

This theme is quite vast and for this specific event, we will explore, with an expert TCM Doctor Serena Yang, how TCM can be used to treat stress and its key symptoms such as insomnia, indigestion and mental issues. We will learn about the various TCM techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, herbal remedies and others to determine which may be the more suitable way to treat stress for you.

Looking forward to seeing you at this event!
