Join RAS on Sunday, October 15, to learn about the history and culture of plum wine and try three different plum wine varieties.

Every season has its flavor and autumn is the best time of year to enjoy a glass of Plum Wine (梅酒). Sherry Song, owner of SAKE BAR, will guide us through the history and culture of plum wine and plum wine-making. Sherry will present two plum wines from Japan (Bamboo Leaf Nengdeng and Yamamoto Five Generation) to illustrate the different tasting notes of regional wine styles, and will also present her homemade plum wine, made from locally sourced plums.

The ticket price includes samples of the three wines and snacks.

Due to limited space, registration is required and RAS Members/Friends will be given priority.
