The Royal Asiatic Society (RAS) China cordially invites you to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 28th November at 2 p.m. RAS China will be ratifying new and incumbent Council Members for the 2020–21 term at the AGM.

The AGM will be held in our newly established RAS Reading Room at the West Bund Art district. The 2020 RAS Journal will also be launched at the event. This is the 10-year anniversary of the RAS Journal, which began publication in its current form in 2010. We invite all RAS members and RAS friends to join in this special celebration and also to take the opportunity to visit the new Reading Room.

We will be offering hors d'oeuvres, with a complimentary drink. The AGM will be followed by an open cash bar, and we hope you can join us for a social mixer. Non-members are welcome to the event (subject to an entrance fee, which is refundable upon joining RAS membership during the evening), so feel free to bring your friends. We hope you will come along, to engage with the RAS Community, meet some new friends and enjoy our lovely new venue!
